We worship every Sunday at 10:00 am rain or shine.
In our worship we seek to offer opportunities to encounter the sacred – beautifully!
Services blend tradition and innovation. Preaching, creative storytelling, and heartfelt prayer are lifted up with music from our outstanding Chancel Choir, The Band, guest performers, and an astonishing pipe organ. The early part of the service is designed to include children and youth, after which they leave for programs specifically planned for them.
Our topics are diverse and sometimes controversial. We seek out speakers and guests from across North America. Services have explored everything from spiritual management of finances to a special “Slam Poetry” sermon. Several times a year we have services designed for all ages, with more participation of the children and youth.
All services are interpreted into ASL (American Sign Language) for persons who are Deaf. Assistive listening earphones are provided for hard of hearing people and the buildings are wheelchair accessible. Usually sermons are available in print form, useful for hard of hearing people and those who are learning English as a second language. English, Chinese and Korean Bibles are available in the pews.
Special Events Services
Alternative worship opportunities happen throughout the year. These can be seasonal, such as labyrinth walking (at Christmas) to pancake dinners (Lent). See our Home Page or Bulletins and Sermons Page for current information.
