Children and Youth

Ryerson warmly welcomes all generations.

Child Care
Child is provided for infants and toddlers in the Memorial Centre.  Currently it is staffed by Linda Nelson, a nurse and mother in the congregation. All care givers have received a criminal records check in accordance with national church guidelines. Contact: Linda Nelson (through the church office) at 604 266-5377.

Bibletrek
Sunday morning children's program
Children 4-12 years
Children are with their families at the beginning of the church service. During that time they gather with a staff member for a bible story or other Christian topic, after which they move to age-related groupings in another building. Two adult leaders work with each group of children.

Activities support the story concept and they have included: carpentry work, photography, science experiments, videomaking, drama, games, dance and song. We encourage parents to complete registration forms for children before beginning BibleTrek (although drop ins are welcome). Forms can be obtained from the leaders or from Lori Megley-Best.

Group leaders are volunteers. If you are interested in enjoying the love and energy that children offer, please contact Lori Megley Best. Phone: (604)266-5377  (ext. 104)
